Conversion sources
Where your sales come from, and what counts as a sale.
A conversion source sends your sales to Fuul. Sources belong to your organization, and your reward pays on every source you connect.
| Source | Status |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Available |
| API | Available |
| RevenueCat, Polar, Paddle | Soon |

What counts as a sale
Fuul decides this, so there's nothing for you to configure.
| Source | Counts as a sale |
|---|---|
| Stripe | A paid checkout or a paid invoice, above $0, in USD |
| API | An event named sale, above $0, in USD |
- A purchase counts once, even when Stripe reports it as both a checkout and an invoice.
- Subscription renewals are sales. Your reward's duration decides how long they pay.
- The sale's amount is the total paid.
- $0 is never a sale.
- A Stripe checkout paid with a delayed payment method doesn't count.
- The same sale sent twice counts once.
The customer is their email
Fuul identifies a customer by their email, in every source. With Stripe, that's the buyer's email on the purchase.
Connecting Stripe
- Open Settings → Conversion sources and choose Connect your first source, or Connect another source.
- Pick Stripe and approve the connection in Stripe.
Always start from Fuul. Installing the app directly from the Stripe Marketplace connects nothing. Uninstalling the app in Stripe disconnects the source.
Seeing your sales
Recent conversions, under Settings → Conversion sources, lists each sale with its customer, affiliate, code, amount, source and commission. A sale still in progress reads processing, and a sale with no affiliate says why.
You can search by customer email, affiliate, code or the source's event ID, and filter by source and dates.
Refunds
Fuul doesn't reverse commissions for now. A refunded sale keeps its commission. See Commissions.
