Quickstart
Set up your program, from your first sign-in to your first commission.
Sign in to the dashboard with your email. Fuul sends you a code, and if you have no invite to an organization, setup starts.
1. Create your organization
Enter your brand's name and website.
Your organization's name cannot be changed later. It also sets your affiliate portal's address,
hub.withfuul.com/your-name.
2. Connect a source
Pick where your sales come from: Stripe or the API. See Choose your integration if you're not sure. You can skip this step, but your program needs a source to work.
3. Set your reward
Choose what a sale pays:
- Pays as: a percentage of revenue, or a fixed amount.
- Pays for: the customer's lifetime, 12 months, or the first sale only.
You can add a different rate per group later. See Rewards.
4. Customize your portal
Add your logo and brand color, choose who can become an affiliate, and edit your affiliate portal. It's live from the start, so affiliates can already see it. You can also use your own domain.
You land on the dashboard, where Finish setting up lists what's left.
5. Invite your first affiliates
In All affiliates, choose Invite affiliates and enter their emails. Each one gets a link to your portal, valid for 7 days. See Invites and applications.
6. Get a referral code
An affiliate creates their code in the portal, or you create one for them in Referral codes. See Referral codes.
7. Connect codes to your checkout
Fuul needs to know which code a customer used. This step needs a developer:
- With Stripe: your site applies the code when the customer enters it, before checkout.
- With the API: your server sends the code with the sale.
Mark Integrate referral codes on your site as done in the checklist.
8. Check your first sale
Make a purchase with an affiliate's code, then open Settings → Conversion sources. The sale appears in Recent conversions with its affiliate and commission.
Fuul has no test mode, so a test sale is a real sale. It counts in your numbers and earns a real commission. Use a small amount and an email you own, different from the affiliate's.
