Rewards

What a sale pays your affiliates, and who takes part.

A reward is the rule that says what each sale pays. Your program has one sale reward, which you edit in Rewards.

How long a reward pays

The time counts from when the customer used the code, not from their first sale. With 12 months, a sale pays while it's within 12 calendar months of that day.

The first sale only pays on the customer's first sale that earns a commission. A suspended commission doesn't use it up.

Rate by group

Turn on Rate by group to give groups their own rate. Everyone else earns the default rate.

  • An affiliate earns the rate of their highest-ranked group that has one in this reward.
  • If none of their groups has a rate, they earn the default.
  • Group rates use the reward's kind. Changing Pays as clears them, and you set them again.
  • Turning the switch off keeps the rates, and they pay nothing until you turn it back on.

Who earns

SettingWho earns
Open to everyoneEvery affiliate of your organization. This is the default
Closed to groupsAffiliates in at least one of the groups you pick

This is checked on every sale. An affiliate who left those groups earns nothing on that sale, and the sale records why.

Someone outside those groups can still join from your portal, but earns nothing until they're in one.

Changing a reward

Edits apply to everyone from the next sale, including customers already bound. Commissions already calculated don't change.

Good to know

  • There's no cap per sale or per affiliate.
  • Your reward pays on every connected source. It can't pick sources.
  • Without a reward, a sale still reaches Fuul but pays nothing.
  • Signed out, your portal shows the reward's own rate, never a group's. Signed in, an affiliate's Your reward shows the rate they earn.
