Team and roles
Who on your team can do what.
Invite your team in Settings → Team. Each person has one role.

| Owner | Everything, including managing owners and admins |
| Admin | Everything an owner can, except inviting or promoting an owner, or changing or removing an owner or another admin |
| Member | Day-to-day work: invite affiliates, decide applications, and edit groups, codes and the affiliate portal |
What members can't do
Members can't change settings, the team, API keys, rewards, who earns or conversion sources. They also can't change an affiliate's inviter or read Recent conversions. They don't see the Conversion sources, Team or API keys tabs.
Quests and minimum guaranteed deals are read-only for members, and only owners and admins can delete a post from Published content.
Inviting someone
Enter their email and role. They get an email with a link that lasts 7 days from the last send. The invite appears under Members, marked Pending, where you can resend or revoke it.
The link only works for the invited email, which is checked when they sign in.
Good to know
- Your organization always keeps one owner: the last one can't be removed or demoted.
- Owners can't change or remove themselves.
- API keys belong to your organization, not to a person. Only owners and admins manage them.
