Published content
Track the posts your affiliates publish about your brand.
Affiliates add a link to each post they publish from the portal. You see them all in Published content, and each affiliate's own on their page.
What Fuul records
A post is a link, its channel and the day it was added.
Fuul doesn't read the post, so it doesn't check that the post exists or that it's the affiliate's.
The channel comes from the link: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Newsletter or Blog.
- Only
httpandhttpslinks are accepted. - A link can be added once in your organization, by anyone.
- The published date is the day it was added, in UTC.
The page
Published content shows this month's posts, the affiliates posting, your top channel and the channels used. Below that, a table lists every post, newest first.
You can search by link and filter by affiliate, channel and date. Any member can read this page.
Exporting
Export CSV saves every post that matches your filters, with the affiliate, email, link, channel and date added.
Deleting a post
- Affiliates can delete their own posts from the portal.
- Owners and admins can delete any post, from the row's menu. The affiliate isn't told, and the link can be added again.
Posts in deals
Posts count toward a minimum guaranteed deal's Published posts goal. Deleting a post takes it out of a live period, but doesn't change a closed period's result.
Hiding it
To remove the tab from the portal, turn off Published content in What affiliates see.
