Invites and applications

Who can become an affiliate

Choose this in Settings → General. It applies to your whole organization.

An invite works in every mode.

Inviting affiliates

In All affiliates, choose Invite affiliates. You can enter several emails at once and add a note.

• The invite is a link to your portal, valid for 7 days. You can resend or revoke it from Pending invites.
• Only the invited email can accept it.
• An email that's already an affiliate or already invited is skipped, and the dashboard tells you.
• The email uses your logo and brand color, and says what your reward pays.

Applications

Your application form always asks for a full name and an email. You can add fields: text, email, select, URL, number or long text. To edit it, set your mode to By application, then open Affiliate portal and choose Edit the form, or Add questions the first time.

Applications arrive in Applications, which opens on the pending ones.

Approving makes the applicant an affiliate and emails them, in the language they applied in.

Rejecting needs a reason: Not a good fit, Audience too small, Incomplete application, Spam or duplicate, or Other with a note.

• The reason is for your team only. The applicant never sees it.
• The applicant is emailed the decision.
• Their email can't apply again until you choose Unblock.

Switching to Open to all

You can't switch to Open to all while applications are pending. The dashboard asks you to accept them all or to review them first.

Emails affiliates get

Emails come from Fuul <[email protected]>, with your logo and brand color. Accepting an invite doesn't send a welcome email.
